Luc Boiron has been purchasing, repairing, and selling residential properties since 2007.  In addition, he held and managed several residential properties in his personal portfolio during the same period.  Luc has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School. Fluent in English, French, and Mandarin, and experienced in deal structuring, he has the ability to structure creative deals to fit any situation.

Agnes Boiron
Vice President of Marketing

Agnes brings 15 years of international service and marketing experience to the team, gained after graduating from the University of Toronto and Humber College. She loves figuring out who would benefit from our services and how to reach them. Along with speaking three languages, which she practices on a daily basis, Agnes loves baking and spending time with her family.

David Jenkins
Development Manager

Dave is a digital marketer and born problem solver with over eight years’ experience in business development. With a Master’s degree in Molecular Science, Dave takes an analytical approach to all aspects of business and isn’t convinced unless there are stats to back it up. In his spare time, Dave enjoys racing cars and travelling the world.

Coming from a diverse sales background, Jami has over 15 years of experience in the sales and service industry. Besides working, she loves spending time with her two young daughters, husband, and mini-schnauzer (named Elvis). Jami takes great pride in her customer service skills and looks forward to working with any and all of our clientele.

Katarina Jarossy

Katarina is a graduate of the York University Environmental Studies program. She uses her background in customer service to excel in her daily work. She is passionate about the environment and nature, and her love of the outdoors has taken her on travels across the world–even living in Copenhagen for some time. An avid equestrian, Katarina loves spending her spare time at the barn with horses.

Jade, a graduate from the University of Lethbridge, brings a strong background in customer service. She continues to build on her academic foundations in psychology and education and applies this in her daily work. She is dedicated to meeting the needs and goals of her customers and strives to build meaningful relationships. In her spare time she enjoys being with family, spending time outdoors, and travelling.

Kristy began her career in real estate in 2015 working as a law clerk at a high volume real estate law firm. With her background in real estate law and customer service, Kristy invests her time in her daily work to ensure that all parties have a positive and pain-free experience. A proud father of three beautiful girls, Cory is excited to be on our team and continuously help it grow, expand, and improve. He is a savvy sales leader, used to working in fast-paced industries. In his spare time, Cory enjoys playing golf, hockey, and traveling with his family and friends.

Nicola has her CPA/CGA designation and loves the excitement of a small real estate investing firm. She has two kids and would love to start flipping homes.

Parker Mott

A graduate of Queen’s University, Parker, in addition to real estate investing, is an accomplished writer and video editor. A self-taught entrepreneur and devotee of Robert Kiyosaki and Michael Lewis, he is committed to forming solid, trusting relationships with sellers, agents, and investors to ensure each sale goes beyond a mere transaction and becomes, equally, a relationship. In addition to the subject of real estate, Parker encourages conversations on sports and cinema as friendly “small talk” before buying your home!

Coming from a background of customer service and nutrition, Erin personally began in the real estate world as an investing partner in a rent-to-own home. Her interest in refinishing furniture and providing face lifts to homes in need plays into her current portfolio building strategy, the BRRRR method. Relentlessly helpful, Erin is happy to connect with sellers to provide a smooth and pleasant experience for all parties.

Frank Mazzone brings over 20 years of corporate business experience in various, marketing, sales and management roles to Bliss. On the daily, he loves to connect people and contribute ideas to any project. When he’s not busy helping buyers and sellers, this proud father of 3 is volunteering at Games for Hope – Les jeux d’espoir, a nonprofit organization that helps Montreal charities by fundraising through their Corporate Sports Benefit Tournament. He loves travelling and has been to many places around the world: Singapore, Australia, and many European destinations.
