The Seller is not responsible to fulfill the requirements of and clear the Order. For clarity, if there are any other work orders, open building permits, bylaw violations or deficiency notices not directly related to the Order, which the Seller is unable or unwilling to remove, remedy or satisfy, and which the Buyer will not waive, this Agreement notwithstanding any intermediate acts or negotiations in respect of such objections, shall be at an end and the deposit shall be returned to the Buyer without interest or deduction.*
